Transform The Mind. Become Christlike.

“For this is My Father’s will and His purpose, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in and cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up [from the dead] at the last day.”

This is the day that the Lord has made- let us rejoice and be glad in it…

This is the day to begin where you left off. To continue your transformation. Transforming into the child of God that Christ died for you to become. You have been given the mind of Christ to have the perspectives, will, desires, and goals that align with God. God’s ways and thoughts are higher, so we must conform to His way of thinking to perceive His good, acceptable, and perfect will.

What does this take? Or what does this mean? What does transforming the mind require? It requires the reading of the Word. The Word of God expressed by the Holy Spirit says to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

“But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.”

Matthew 6:33 AMPC

When we allow the Word to challenge, inspire, heal, and transform our perspective- we can become increasingly productive and effective for the Kingdom of God. Now the key factors here are to be “productive” and “effective” for the “Kingdom of God”. If you desire to please the Heavenly Father according to the Bible, then adhering to His expectations becomes fulfillment.

There are other religions or belief systems that have their expectations in place. And if you choose to subscribe to them- that is your choice….

God has established commands, decrees, ordinances, statutes, laws, etc. that He has deemed perfect and righteous in His eyes and according to the Kingdom of His Christ. We’ve been given the priceless privilege to be born of the Spirit and a part of God’s eternal family.

After living in the world and becoming a part of the world’s culture- we need to understand that God’s Kingdom is different. The way God does things is different from the way the world does things. We have to “see” what God sees and “hear” what God hears for our hearts and minds to align with His will.

Today, I pray in the name of Jesus- that these words will resonate powerfully within you- that you will have a new lease on life and begin to seek the Kingdom of God according to Word. First- it is reading God’s Word. It is prioritizing bible study. We have multiple mediums that give access to the Word of God. You can read through phone apps, web browsers, ebook readers, tables, audiobooks, and visual/audio content on YouTube. God has made His Word easily accessible. And if today’s contemporary mediums don’t apply to you- then the old-fashioned text in its original form is available to you at your local library or through Amazon.com (click the link for a Bible currently at $4.59).

Start with one of the expectations concerning God’s will, then build or continue to build from there.

“Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.” Matthew 7:21

“For this is My Father’s will and His purpose, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in and cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up [from the dead] at the last day.” John 6:40 AMPC

Have a blessed day and let’s get to work..
