The BEST day of the rest of my life. Jesus, thank YOU! There are truly no words – however, my heart-ONLY you can read thoroughly – thanks you with undescribable words. A language I am confident you understand – because it was made especially by YOU for me.

7 years from the time we first met. To this day- I surrendered my life in completing your expectations. I AM because YOU ARE.

7 years of walking closely with you. Through disobedience, double mindedness, and depression- you kept me.

You kept me in uncertainty.
You kept me in some VERY dark places.
You provided for me.
You kept my head held high- when the world wanted my sight to the ground.

Through it all, you led me through these lands, literally. From the east to the west. To a place you showed me in my spirit when God introduced me to You.

You’ve shown up and showed out for me – countless times.
You affirmed to me, again and again and again, that I am NO DIFFERENT from the prophets, priests, kings, judges, leaders of ancient days you FAITHFULLY guided, protected and had CHOSEN to establish your expectations in the lands.

Just as you wiped out Pharoah and his army.
Just as Jezebel was led to her demise.
Just as Haman fell Into the grave that He dug for Mordecai.
Just like the shameful death of Judah.

Just like the disgrace that Saul embodied as one who decided to be RELENTLESSLY against your chosen king,David.

So you have been with me. Taking me around the block several times to show me the power, authority, and LOVE you have for those who are men and women after your heart.

I AM because YOU ARE.

To love when it hurts.
To give when you have nothing.
To serve those who afflict you.
To stand in faith for generations of people who will never meet you .
To go through the fires of the HOTTEST furnace – just like my ancestors – YET – coming out on the otherwise like nothing ever happened…

I AM because YOU ARE.

God knows, Lord, how thrilled I am about our future. Truly!
